Cheddar Cheese Scrambled Eggs
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 can of cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- salt and pepper to season
- olive oil or bacon grease
Directions
- Heat oil or grease in large skillet.
- In mixing bowl crack eggs. Add soup, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
- Beat mixture well with whisk.
- Pour into hot skillet. Let cook about 3 minutes before scrambling.
- Cook until eggs start to turn slightly brown. (we like our eggs slightly burnt.)
- Serve with bacon and toast with apple jelly.
