Chicken marinated in savory dijion mustard and sherry vinegar with thyme and oregano.
Savory Mustard Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
Marinade for 2 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
- 1t salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup dijion mustard
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 chicken breast
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- salad greens
Directions
- whisk together all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl.
- place chicken in bowl making sure marinade covers it.
- cover bowl and place in fridge to chill for at least 30 min.
- when ready, heat grill (we use our george foreman)
- grill chicken until done.
- the chicken is breast alone or with a salad with an light italian dressing.
- sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
